• Use cheats, automation software, bots, hacks, or unauthorized third-party tools
• Manipulate match outcomes or ladder rankings
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or gain unfair advantages
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Share or sell account access
• Attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the Platform

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Clutch Ninja or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Game names, logos, and related content are trademarks of their respective owners.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clutch Ninja shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
