Clutch Ninja is committed to providing a fair, competitive, and respectful environment for all players. These guidelines exist to ensure everyone can enjoy competitive gaming at its best.
1. Fair Play
Competitive integrity is the foundation of our platform. All players must:
- Compete without the use of cheats, hacks, or unauthorized software
- Report match results accurately and promptly
- Not manipulate matches, rankings, or outcomes
- Play to win in all competitive matches (no match-fixing or throwing)
- Use only one account per person
2. Respect & Sportsmanship
Treat all players with respect:
- No harassment, bullying, or targeted attacks
- No hate speech, discrimination, or offensive content
- No threats of violence or doxxing
- Accept wins and losses gracefully
- Congratulate opponents on good plays
- Use constructive communication in disputes
3. Match Conduct
During matches, players must:
- Be ready to play at the scheduled time
- Communicate delays or issues promptly
- Follow game-specific rules and settings
- Not exploit bugs or glitches
- Keep match lobbies accessible to opponents
- Report scores within the required timeframe
4. Prohibited Conduct
Zero Tolerance
- • Cheating or hacking
- • Account sharing or selling
- • Match fixing or gambling manipulation
- • DDoS attacks or network manipulation
- • Impersonating other players or staff
Serious Violations
- • Toxic behavior or harassment
- • Smurfing (using alternate accounts to play at lower skill levels)
- • Intentionally losing or griefing
- • Filing false disputes
- • Abusing the report system
5. Penalties
Violations may result in:
Warning, temporary match ban (1-7 days)
Extended ban (30-90 days), ladder reset
Permanent ban, prize forfeiture
6. Reporting Violations
If you witness a violation, please report it:
- Use the in-match report feature
- File a dispute with supporting evidence
- Contact support for urgent issues
All reports are reviewed by our team. False reports may result in penalties.
